NSW Housing Board Building

16-18 Grosvenor St
The Rocks, NSW 2000

The building at 16-18 Grosvenor Street is a relatively rare example of a well-preserved small government office in Sydney demonstrating an architectural design that is of uncommon interest in marking the transition between pre-Great War artistic styles and inter-warmodernist styles, and also a rare surviving example of the work of its architect, William Foggitt.
